1974 Lincoln Continental sedan. Black with burgundy/red interior. 70k+ original miles. The car is in excellent mechanical condition and runs great. It recently had a carb rebuild and fuel line work. It needs nothing to drive and enjoy it, and very little to make perfect. All windows and lights work, and even the AC blows cold. The AM radio works as does the power antenna. This car also has the Zymol rust proofing treatment from the factory that protects the body and undercarriage.

The 1974 model year is a bit hard to find. The design of the Continental series ran 1971 to 1973, then 1974 by itself, then 1975 to 1979. It looks a bit different at the front and rear of the car, which helps distinguish it.

The cruise control does not work, and there is a slow vacuum leak that allows the headlight doors to open after being parked for an hour. The vacuum leak may also be the source of the cruise control not working, but I have not had a chance to determine. The rear bumper has been pulled out just slightly on the driver's side by the original owner, probably got caught on something while pulling into a garage. The bumper cover is not bent, but the bumper and bumper support will need to be replaced. The very tip of the frame rail is damaged where the rear bumper support connects to it, and will also need to be repaired. The paint looks to be original, and shines after a good wash and wax but has some chipping on the roof.
